Flamingo Aid is an exclusive distributor of the Flamingo range of products. Flamingo’s range of products is manufactured by Ascent Meditech Ltd, India, and marketed by Flamingo Aid, UK.
All purchases made from https:// FlamingoAId.co.uk/ are bound by the below mentioned T&Cs.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
We at Flamingo Aid Ltd strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online. You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. The refund amount will be credited back into your Flamingo Aid Credits account in the form of Cashback. Sale items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged via the website. Stores will NOT be able to process a refund or exchange on the sale item.
- We allow for complete Order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse(s).
- If an Item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel the Item(s) from your Order until the Item(s) has not been processed in our warehouse(s).
- If an Item was purchased under a promotion applicable only for that Item, we allow you to cancel the Item from your Order until the item has not been processed in our warehouse.
- If an Order comprises multiple Items bought under the same promotion, you can only cancel your complete Order until none of the Items have been processed in our warehouse(s).
- Once your cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your Flamingo Aid account in the form of Cashback. This is applicable only for prepaid orders.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
We understand that in some cases, you may want to alter the ordered product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Service immediately at sales@flamingoaid.co.uk or reach us at 02080042998.
Can I change the product after I have placed an order?
That’s not possible if the Items have been processed in our warehouse(s).
Replacement
I. How do I get a defective item, ordered on Flamingoaid.co.uk, replaced?
The Company undertakes to replace the defective/damaged goods online subject to the terms and conditions as under.
- Give intimation of defective/damaged products through Customer Service immediately at sales@flamingoaid.co.uk within 2 (two) working days from the date of delivery of the products.
- Dispatch goods to reach the company within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- There should be no sign of physical damage on the product or its packaging.
- The original seal, packing, manual and all other items originally attached/enclosed with the product must return with the goods.
- All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement, or exchange to be processed.
- Serial no. should not be tampered with.
- The Universal Product Code must be intact.
II. What would happen if goods ordered on a CASH ON DELIVERY basis could not be delivered?
The company shall not entertain any order in the future in these circumstances:
- If the goods are not delivered due to the refusal of the buyer.
- If the goods are not delivered in two attempts because the location of delivery was found closed.
- What will happen if there are manufacturing defects or reactions on the use of the products?
Immediately give details of the defective/damaged products or the details of reactions to the use of the products through customer service at sales@flamingoaid.co.uk.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
How do I cancel an order on Flamingoaid.co.uk? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on FlamingoAid.co.uk?
i). The company undertakes to refund 100% of the amount paid within 15 days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is canceled within 3 hrs from the placement of the order through the Contact Us Page.
Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute, the Courts in London will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Warranty and Liability
Flamingoaid.co.uk does not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. If a product delivered to you is different than as described on the website, Flamingoaid.co.uk is liable only to change the product.
Flamingoaid.co.uk is not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure.
